The faucet comes in two pieces: the faucet body and the spray nozzle. The faucet measures 17.5” above the counter. It’s 11.5” from the neck to the tip, and it has an 8” clearance to the sprayer. The faucet has a single leaf handle for controlling water temperature and the entire unit has a handsome brushed nickel finish. The neck of the faucet swivels 360 degrees. The faucet comes pre-assembled with a brass mounting nut and can accommodate counter thicknesses of 1.75”. There is also a metal washer, rubber washer, and rubber o-ring. Note that a deck plate to cover additional holes in your counter or sink is not included. The pull down hose for this unit is interesting because it doesn’t have a weight. It uses a compression spring that contracts when you pull down on the hose. When you let go of the hose, it extends again retracting the sprayer. Coming off the faucet is the hose for the sprayer and flexible hot and cold water lines with standard 3/8” connectors and pre-installed rubber washers. The sprayer head has a simple push button to switch from a stream to a shower spray. Note that this piece should be installed last since you need to clear the hose of any debris before attaching it to the faucet. Although the unit come with no directions, installing this on my sink was fairly straightforward. Overall the fixture was very easy to install, but I admit, that for folks who haven’t done it before that instructions would have been essential. The fixture itself works well without any leaks so far and is a great upgrade in my kitchen for my stainless steel sink.
