In this video, I repair my kitchen faucet. I installed a VIGO VGO2001ST a few years ago and the flow has slowed to a trickle a couple times. The first time, I received a new sprayer head from VIGO under warranty. This time, I repaired it.
The plug which redirects flow either through the aerator or the powerful spray was not seating properly (in either position) and restricting flow. Upon inspection, the soft elastomer component on the hard plug appears deformed. I replaced it with a #236 o-ring (which may be the original component) and flow returned to the same power as new.
