Kitchen Faucets, Kitchen Faucet Leak Repair

How To Fix Leaky Bathroom Handle | Delta Faucet Model 4530 Series | Hard Water

Delta Faucet
I show in detail how to replace the stem unit for a leaky Delta faucet handle.
Delta Two-Handle Lavatory Faucet (Model 2530 Series also works for 4530 Series.)
A few videos for this series already exist but I list all parts required for the job, include links and show how to deal with calcium and alkali corrosion. Even if your faucet repair job is not this model, you may learn a great deal by watching as all bathroom sinks work on these same principles. I have included links to the Delta support documentation as well for your convenience.
I hope this video can help make someone’s project run smoother than mine did. If it helped you please like, share, comment and subscribe. Happy plumping! See links below:

★ Remember to place the sink catch in the drain so you don’t drop anything important down there!

★ Tips on how to get rid of those hard water stains from kenylady:
(Thanks to viewer, kenylady!)
To get rid of the hard water corrosion: take a towel or old undershirt and soak it in plain vinegar. Wrap it around the faucet and leave it there for a few hours or overnight. Then you can clean off the hard water junk very easily. Hope this helps. My sinks left hard water green stains on the porcelain and I tried this method as a last resort and it worked perfectly.
