Video made in 2013, and not needed until 2019 when the spray hose developed a leak. I was right except for one thing … the video only helped after I was forced to cut the hose; remove the faucet and take it to a vice; where I clamp the cut hose in the vise and then APPLIED the disconnect routine with a heck of a lot of pull !! Kohler is now resending a 2nd “correct length” new hose an kit to update the connector to a new Quick Connect Type. It will be a miracle if the new kit works !!
