How to fix a Kohler Barossa (and others) pull down faucet with low water pressure / slow flow.

I tried all the other solutions and this is the only one that finally worked. I was about to throw the faucet away and get something else. Easy fix for slow, low water pressure, Kohler pull down faucets. Works for Kohler Barossa and other models. Troubleshooting and easy fix.
