Why choose FIRECLAY?
While Fireclay sinks are more expensive than Porcelain sinks, they are much more durable. Porcelain sinks are actually a thin layer of sprayed porcelain over black cast iron, so when you chip your white porcelain sink, you will see the black cast iron and they are not repairable. Fireclay sinks are harder to damage, but in the event that you do, they are solid white throughout and are also repairable.

Brad and Allison Church founded the MOCCOA Brand after realizing there was an opportunity to produce a high quality finished product by using the raw materials that they have been supplying to the ceramics industry for the past 18 years. They aim to provide a magnificent handcrafted product along with exceptional service one satisfied customer at a time. The sinks are manufactured in North America by a family-owned and operated company that has been in the ceramics business for over 25 years. They wanted to offer a sink that is timeless and appealing, that is also durable enough to stand the test of time.
